How do I book an experience?
Choose your experience, pick a date and group size, then check availability. You get your voucher and mobile ticket straight away, and we confirm your booking personally.
Can I plan my own route with a private driver?
Yes — that is the whole idea. Book a full-day or multi-day charter, then plan the stops with your driver on WhatsApp the day before. Change the route mid-day if you feel like it.
Are prices per person or per car?
Tours and attractions are priced per person. Private driver charters, the vehicle fleet and airport transfers are priced per car — a New Avanza takes up to 4 guests, an Innova or Fortuner seats 6, and a Hiace van up to 14.
What is the cancellation policy?
Most experiences offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start time, and driver charters allow free date changes up to 24 hours before. Any exceptions are stated on the tour page.
How do I receive my tickets?
Tickets are confirmed instantly and delivered digitally. Just show your mobile confirmation at the entrance or meeting point.
